SHIPPING POLICY

Your jewelry will be shipped by Canada Post with insurance. Alternative shipping is available upon request. If you are not in the United States or Canada, please email me for shipping costs.

Giftwrapping is available free of charge. Just let me know you'd like it.

RETURN/ REPAIR POLICY

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 7 days or credit within 30days of receipt. Please contact me for return instructions at stringtheorybeads@hotmail

All items from this site are guaranteed for my lifetime. If repairs are needed, please contact me at the above address for instructions. There may be replacement charges for rare or unusual components. Please keep in mind that some items may not be able to be replaced due to rarity...but we can probably find something you'll like!

CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY

I require a nonrefundable 30% deposit on custom orders once a design has been determined. If the entire order is pre-paid, I will waive the shipping fee. If you decide not to complete the custom order for whatever reason, the deposit is nonrefundable but I will send you any raw materials for your item. Other than these disclaimers, it's a very fluid, confortable process!
